Cosmetics are chemicals used to make cosmetics. Cosmetic products are commonly used to enhance or reshape the appearance of the face, or body tissue.

Each cosmetic product may be combined with any type of ingredient (single substance or mixture). In relation to the raw materials used in cosmetic products, there are two sides: the supplier side and the formulator side. In some countries, there are restrictions on the sale and use of raw materials for the production of cosmetics, which are based on the recognition of the losses of some raw materials that can be used in their production, which in other countries is not worth it.

Many cosmetic products respond to the formation of water, oil, wax and silicone emulsions in different proportions with one dispersed phase in another. The dispersion of a solid material adds to the complexity of these products, and a proper understanding of surfactant as well as surface and colloidal chemistry can be helpful in the preparation of cosmetic products.

Cosmetics are generally a mixture of chemical compounds derived from natural sources, such as coconut oil, or may even be extracted from synthetic materials. Cosmetics that are applied to strengthen the face are also known as makeup, which includes lipstick, mascara, eye shadow, foundation, red, highlight, bronze and other products.

For example, from the use of cosmetic products, it is enough to look at our daily use of them. We use detergents or floor cleaners to remove excess dirt, oil and residual makeup on the skin. After cleansing the skin, we use toners to refresh the skin, strengthen the appearance of the face and eliminate any traces of cleanser, mask or makeup, as well as to restore the skin’s natural pH, and many other uses that during the day and to We do them directly or indirectly.
