Cosmetics materials are contained a pigment, they can consist of mineral materials, plants or even animals. The ministry of health is responsible to regulating of cosmetics import into the country and categorizes cosmetics according to their cleansing, beautification, increase appearance attraction and changing the appearance without bad effect on body function or structure. Emulsifiers can be called as a part of cosmetics that can cause to change the color of face skin and its gloss or matt.
