What is Titan R838?
The other name of this matter with TiO2 chemical formula that mostly is found as Ilmenite stone, Perovskite and Titanite, and rarely as rutilus in mineral sources. Titania and Titanium oxide can be called as white Titanium.
Advantages and properties of Titan R838
This matter has good protecting power against UV, and insolubility in warm Fluoric and sulfuric Acids, is neutral and inactive also has high refractive index. As the other properties of that can be mentioned to slight reduction of brittle, fading and cracking while compositing with a polymer. Compared to other white pigments it has more coating power and ability to making better homochromatic.
Application of Titan R838
This matter is used to produce different products and materials in different parts of industry.
